Montgomery, AL โ The Hangover Nationals at Montgomery International Dragway has been around for 24 years. In past years, mother-nature hasnโt cooperated, but this time, Brad Wheeler and the Montgomery crew were able to get the entire weekend of events completed, including a golf-cart race. Even with the cold temperatures, over 100 entries were in attendance for this historic bracket racing event. One highlight of the event was Cole Langford winning Saturdayโs Box Event and runner-up in the same class. (DECEMBER 16, 2023) Montgomery International Dragwayโs Inaugural Dragging for Christmas event was a success. Track owner and operator Brad Wheeler thanked the racers, fans, and the City of Montgomery for their support of this event that was held to give kids in the local community a memorable Christmas. All proceeds go to local charities. Christmas Photos with Santa and Race Cars was held in the winnerโs circle with family and kids, making lifetime memories.
