Montgomery, AL —The forecast leading up to the Kye Kelley 12K Payday was a rollercoaster but the Montgomery International Dragway team managed to complete the event! Thanks to all racers and fans who came out for a fun day of No Prep Racing.
When the dust and smoke cleared, Ryan Mitchell and “the Firebird” marched to the winner’s circle in the rebuilt Firebird, following a recent crash last season. Mitchell defeated Nicholas Feliciano in the final round.
Kye Kelley won the True Street Class in Claude Banks.
Lane Braswell won the daily driver class.
